The Consulate of Côte d'Ivoire in Nairobi serves as the official diplomatic representation of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in Kenya and the Nairobi, Kenya. Under the leadership of the Consul Honoraire, the mission is dedicated to strengthening bilateral ties between Côte d'Ivoire and Kenya, protecting the rights of Ivorian nationals abroad, and fostering cultural, economic, and humanitarian cooperation.
The Consulate works in close coordination with the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to deliver consular services of the highest standard to both Ivorian citizens and foreign nationals seeking to visit or engage with Côte d'Ivoire.
The Consulate of Côte d'Ivoire in Nairobi processes visa applications for Kenyan nationals and residents wishing to travel to Côte d'Ivoire for tourism, business, study, or family purposes.
Applications must be submitted in person with all required documents. Processing times may vary depending on visa category and application volume.

Fees vary by visa type and nationality. Our staff will advise you on the applicable fee at submission.
Standard processing takes 5–10 working days. You will be notified when your visa is ready for collection.
The Consulate receives visitors Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We recommend calling ahead for specific inquiries before visiting.
